Drop-In Encounter Sessions

Come experience the magic of an Encounter Group… for free!

These sessions have no set agenda other than to connect to what’s alive in the group. The focus is on interacting with other participants, speaking authentically, listening from the heart, and working through conflict together, rather than advice giving or fixing. The facilitator will guide the group forward towards harmony and connection by supporting participants to more deeply connect to themselves and each other.

**Doors close five minutes after the start time of the event. To support an environment of connection and safety, participants are required to have their video engaged and stationary.
